Mystery box

A box can be exchanged for size only. The jersey inside is a surprise, so it is not exchanged because you don't like the club or the model. Excluded clubs and the box guarantee are always respected; if they are not, get in touch and we will sort it out.

Report a size exchange within [OWNER: number] days of receiving the box. The jersey must be unworn, with tags.

Shop jersey

For a jersey bought in the shop, the rules for distance purchases apply: you can withdraw from the purchase within [OWNER: legal period under the Consumer Protection Act of BiH] days of receiving it, without giving a reason. The jersey must be unworn, undamaged and with tags.

How to request

  1. Contact us through the Contact page and include your order number.
  2. We agree on the exchange or return and the shipping address: [OWNER: address].
  3. Return postage is paid by [OWNER: customer or seller].
  4. We refund within [OWNER: number] days, [OWNER: refund method].

Damaged or wrong jersey

If a jersey arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us right away. We replace it at no cost to you.
