What is a mystery box?

A box with a jersey you don't know in advance. You know the sport, the box guarantee (e.g. a retro jersey or a jersey with a player name) and your size, and the jersey itself is the surprise.

Can I choose the size?

Yes. You always choose the size, for a box and for a shop jersey. If you are not sure, see the Size guide.

Can I avoid a club I don't like?

Yes. When ordering a box you can exclude up to three clubs and you will never get their jersey.

How do I pay?

Cash on delivery when the post brings your parcel, or cash at pickup in Sarajevo. There is no online card payment for now.

How much is delivery?

Pickup in Sarajevo is free. Express post anywhere in Bosnia and Herzegovina costs 11 KM and is paid by the customer.

How long does delivery take?

Express post arrives within 1–2 working days after the order is confirmed.

What happens after I order?

You get an order number, and we contact you by phone or email to confirm the details before shipping. An unconfirmed order expires after 72 hours.

Can I give a box as a gift?

Yes. When you order, enter the address of the person you are sending the box to.

Can I exchange or return a jersey?

See the Returns and exchanges page. In short: a box can be exchanged for size only, and a shop jersey follows the legal rules.
