Size exchange

If the size doesn't fit, we exchange the jersey for another size. This applies to both mystery boxes and shop jerseys. The jersey must be unworn and with tags, and you should report the exchange as soon as possible after receiving it.

Shipping costs for the exchange (sending the jersey to us and the new size to you) are paid by the customer.

The jersey in a box is a surprise, so it is not exchanged because you don't like the club or model.

How to request an exchange

  1. Get in touch through the Contact page and give your order number and the size you want.
  2. We agree on shipping.
  3. Once we receive the jersey, we send you the new size.

Damaged or wrong jersey

If a jersey arrives damaged or you receive one you didn't order, get in touch right away. We exchange it at no cost to you. The same applies if a box doesn't respect your excluded clubs or the box guarantee.
